Harmon's has made a corporate ruling on the number of coupons that will be accepted with each transaction. You can only use 2 of the same coupon at once Your printed coupons from on-line sources, i.e. coupons.com, may only add up to $5.00. The checkers have signed an agreement with management on the order of: [I will not accept more that two of the same coupon and only $5 in printed coupons per transactions. If I do, I will be fired.] I filled out a form to send to corporate with a complaint. After all, the manufacturers pay the stores, not only for the coupon's face value, but $0.08 for processing each coupon. Say, they count 300 coupons per hour (easy), that gets them $24.00 in processing fees. In other words, they make a lot of money when they accept them. If everyone files a complaint with that kind of info, maybe they'll change their minds.

I got an email that Children's Place is having an additional 50% off their sale items. Make sure to print this 20% off in store coupon (expires 6/7/09). If you love children's place like I do check them out. Also, I just read if you have the perk's card (sorry if you don't it's a trial program you can't sign up they randomly select people) and forget to have them run your card you can still get your points for anything bought Feb 2009 or after if you have the receipt so call them.

I've heard rumor's that albertson's will have some double coupons in tomorrow's papers. If you haven't subscribed yet or need more double coupons check the front of the store. The coupon will never appear on your computer screen. A legitimate coupon is never sent as a graphic or PDF or sent in a Word document.
· Print-at-home coupons should never be copied, sold, or traded. They should not be photocopied or scanned and distributed to others. They have unique serial numbers printed on them and follow an industry-standard format. Coupons are never sold and you should not pay for someone's "time to clip" or other service fee.
The most important part of couponing is knows store policies. Just because you have a coupon doesn’t mean you can use it. Most stores have similar policies which include 1 manufacture coupon and 1 Store coupon per item purchased.
Target:
·accepts two kinds of coupons: Target-issued coupons and
manufacturer-issued coupons.
·accepts one Target Coupon and one manufacturer coupon for the
same
item, unless either coupon prohibits it.
·Can't give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater
than the purchase value of the item; in that case, we'll adjust the value of
the coupon to equal the price of the item.
·Can't price match other retailers or accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for
products not carried in our stores.
·All valid coupons should be presented to the cashier at the time of

NEW - Target Starts Price Matching this Sunday 7/12
Some key points:
·Guests can only price match for IDENTICAL items (size, model #, color, etc.)
·Guest must have a current, FULL in-store competitor ad in-hand (no single pages, no online print-outs, etc.)
·Target will not price match for % off sales (i.e. If a tv is listed as $799 at Wal-Mart, we can price match to $799. But if Wal-Mart lists the tv as 20% off, we cannot take 20% off the Target price)
·Target will not price match ‘membership’ stores (i.e. Sam’s Club)
·All price matching must be handled at Guest Service. If a guest goes through line and wants to do a price match, the cashier must ring up the item at Target’s price and then direct the guest to Guest Service upon completion.
·Guests can price match up to 7 days after a purchase.
Walgreen's
Although Walgreens does not have a corporate coupon policy here are some general guidelines
·Accepts internet printed coupons
·Accepts 1 manufacture and 1 instant value coupon (store coupon)
·Accepts buy one get one free coupon on a buy one get one free sale making both items Free
·Gives rain checks for the sale price and Register Rewards for items out of stock
·Leaves it to the managers digression if they limit the number of an advertised item you buy unless specified in the ad
·Accepts a coupon even on a free item from a buy one get one free sale
·Allows you to use Register Rewards on an item that prints register rewards. Register Rewards however, will not print if you use Register Rewards on the same item you received them from.
